Archaeological Heritage of Aegina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Temple of Aphaia<\/strong> dedicated to the goddess Aphaia is an ancient temple dating back to the 5th century BC. The temple is one of the top archaeological attractions of Aegina and is the best-preserved Doric temple in Greece. It has remained almost intact and offers a stunning view towards the Aegean Sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The archaeological site of Kolona<\/strong> is located in the center of the city of Aegina. There you can see the well-preserved ruins of an ancient temple, ancient settlement and an ancient theater. The site offers an interesting insight into ancient life in Aegina and is a place where you can learn more about the history and cultural heritage of the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The museum of Aegina<\/strong> is located near the archaeological site of Kolona.
